The order of registration of the application for excursion service

• You can apply for an excursion by e-mail info@bbus.ru;
• The application can be accepted by phone, only after discussing it with the manager;
• The application will be confirmed within an hour, after its receipt, in writing;
• The application must be completed and provided to our company 3 days before the start of the service;
• Any changes are discussed with the manager;
• Payment is made no later than one working day before the start of the tour by bank transfer or cash in the office, except when the group exceeds 10 people;
• The application can be canceled at least 24 hours before the start of the tour without penalty, except when the group exceeds 10 people - in this case, the procedure for cancellation must be clarified from the manager;
