TRANSFER service terms and conditions

To place an order, you are kindly requested to send an e-mail with the following information to in@bbus.ru

• Vehicle type (bus, minibus, car)
• Number of passengers (let us know if there are more than 7 children onboard)
• Exact date
• Vehicle provision time
• End time
• Pick-up address
• Route
• Drop-off address
• Full name of the contact person
• Contact person's phone number and e-mail address

Your order price (in case you have already called or wrote to us and were informed about the price).

What does the TRANSFER mean?

The transfer is passenger transportation between two places, from point A to point B without any intermediate stops.

The first 1 (one) hour of waiting is free of charge and the calculation of the next following hours is based on standard company tariffs, depending on the travel date.

Services included in TRANSFER:

• A vehicle with a driver
• 1 (one) hour of waiting for free of charge in case of flight delay or any other reason
• Meeting at arrivals with a name board. In case of a name board requirement, kindly pay attention to the vehicle type. The service is available for all vehicles except buses

Additional useful information:

• Parking fee shall be paid by the client at the point in Russian Roubles
• We require information about animals in case they are traveling along with you
• Eating and drinking alcohol as well as smoking is strictly prohibited

Our transfer prices are fixed with VAT included. The service is available 24/7 in Moscow, Saint Petersburg, and other cities of the Russian Federation.

You can book a transfer to/ from the airports, railway stations, hotels, exhibition halls, and any direction you need to travel.
