• Vehicle type (bus, minibus, car)
• Number of passengers (let us know if there are more than 7 children onboard)
• Exact date
• Vehicle provision time
• End time
• Full pick-up address
• Route
• Drop-off address
• Full name of the contact person
• Contact phone number and e-mail address
• Order price (in case you have already been assisted by our operators and know your order price)

Payment is made via PAO SBERBANK using Bank cards with the following payment systems:

• Mastercard Worldwide

Bank transaction

At any Sberbank of Russia office. The payment receipt is formed automatically on our website. Orders are considered paid once the payment is received into our company account. Usually, it takes up to 3 working days.

Please note that Sberbank charges a 3% commission for every payment
